You don't have to agree with the late Robert Nozick's critique of Rawls' Theory of Justice to recognize that there is a subtle disjoint destabilizing the entire project to rescue Kant on grounds beyond the parochially deontological.


I've been remiss in posting over the past week or two, and -- superficial economic summits, brilliant birdbrains, and the NYT aside -- it'll be another week or so until I'm going to have enough free time to get back into the saddle. I've at least one piece that I'd like to get out the door before the weekend, but we'll see how it goes. So, at worst: see you next Wednesday!
